In the training of human resources in health, it is necessary to develop a conceptual framework that identifies and organizes in a different way the education and health of women; that is, to recover a gender perspective in both research and teaching. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop and manage key concepts such as patriarchy, gender, ethnicity, social classes, and sexuality, to open spaces for discussion and analysis of women's health problems.
This effort will be enriched by incorporating, in addition Keto Max Burn, a phenomenological approach where women's life experiences are recognized, where their diversity and complexity can be assessed and where research questions are also based on the identification of the needs of women.
